Effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction resistance training on cardiac function and coronary microcirculation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI
Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction resistance training on mental resili-ence and coronary microcirculation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods A total of 90 pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI surgery in he 988 Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from February 2022 to February 2023 were divided into two groups with the same number of cases according to numerical ex-pression method. The control group(45 cases)received routine rehabilitation measures, while the observation group(45 cases)received mindfully decompression resistance training. The cardiac function data of the two groups were com-pared,including LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction),LVESD(left ventricular diastolic diameter)and LVEDD(left ventricular diastolic diameter).Coronary microcirculation data of the two groups were compared, including CFR(coronary flow reserve index),IMR(coronary circulation resistance index),SAQ(seattle angina pectoris)scale score;the exercise function of the two groups was compared, including peak oxygen uptake, peak power,6min walking dis-tance and maximum exercise time. Results There was no difference in the isocardial function-data of LVEDD between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the LVEDD isocardiac function data of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group, and the difference of inter-group ratio was statistically significant(P<0.05).CFR,IMR and other coronary microcirculation data were not different between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).CFR,IMR and other coronary microcirculation data in observation group were significantly improved compared with that of control group, and the difference of ratio between groups was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in motor function data such as peak oxygen uptake and maximum exercise time between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The exercise function data of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindful-decompression resistance training for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI plays a key role in prognosis. It can effectively improve patients'heart function and coronary microcirculation,as well as improve patients'motor function, which is worthy of clinical reference.
