Correlation between triglyceride-glucose index, systemic immune inflammation index and coronary slow blood flow
Objective To explore the correlation and predictive value of triglyceride-glucose index(TyG),systemic immune inflammation index(SII),and coronary slow blood flow(CSF).Methods A retrospective collection was con-ducted on 230 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 due to chest pain, who underwent selective coronary angiography with normal results.According to the presence of slow coronary flow, the patients were divided into CSF group(104 cases)and control group(126 ca-ses).The general clinical data, blood routine, biochemical indicators of the two groups were collected, and the values of TyG and SII were calculated.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between SII and TyG and mTFC,multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent risk factors of CSF,and the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn to determine the area under the curve of TyG and SII.Further a-nalysis was performed to determine the predictive value of TyG,SII and their combination for CSF.Results The CSF group showed a higher proportion of smoking, hypertension and diabetes, and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group, the levels of TyG and SII were significantly increased(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that SII and TyG were significantly posi-tively correlated with TFC(r=0.144 and 0.227,both P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between TyG and SII and CSF occurrence, and they were independent risk factors af-fecting the occurrence of CSF(P<0.05).The ROC curve indicates that TyG(AUC=0.685,95%CI:0.617~0.752)and SII(AUC=0.656,95%CI:0.586~0.727),and the combined SII and TyG(AUC=0.722,95%CI:0.657~0.786)were predictive of CSF with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion TyG,SII are significantly corre-lated with the occurrence of CSF and have predictive value for CSF.
