目的 探讨双相情感障碍躁狂发作采用碳酸锂联合齐拉西酮的效果。方法 选取2021年7月-2022年9月郑州大学第一附属医院收治双相情感障碍躁狂发作96例患者，按治疗药物不同分组，将采用氯氮平联合碳酸锂治疗的48例作为对照组，采用齐拉西酮联合碳酸锂治疗的48例作为研究组。比较两组疗效、治疗前、治疗8周后躁狂程度[躁狂量表(bech-rafaelsen mania rating scale，BRMS)评分]、认知功能[简易智能精神状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination，MMSE)评分]及不良反应发生率。结果 研究组总有效率97。92％高于对照组85。42％(P＜0。05);治疗8周后研究组BRMS评分(7。26±1。32)分低于对照组的(12。36±1。89)分，且两组BRMS评分均低于治疗前(均P＜0。05)，研究组MMSE评分(28。01±1。30)分高于对照组的(25。87±2。16)分，且两组MMSE评分均高于治疗前(均P＜0。05)(P＜0。05);两组不良反应比较(x2=0。490，P＞0。05)。结论 双相情感障碍躁狂发作采用碳酸锂联合齐拉西酮能减轻躁狂程度，改善认知功能，安全性高。
Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of lithium carbonate combined with Ziprasidone in patients with bipolar disorder with manic episode
Objective To investigate the effect of ziprasidone combined with lithium carbonate in manic episode of bipo-lar disorder.Methods A total of 96 patients with bipolar mania were selected from July 2021 to September 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.48 patients treated with clozapine combined with lithium carbonate were selected as the control group,and 48 patients treated with Ziprasidone combined with lithium carbonate were select-ed as the study group.The control group was treated with clozapine combined with lithium carbonate,and the study group was treated with ziprasidone combined with lithium carbonate.Efficacy,manic degree[BRMS score],cognitive function[MMSE score],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The group study total effective rate was 97.92％higher than group control 85.42％(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the BRMS score of the study group(7.26±1.32)was lower than that of the control group(12.36±1.89),and the BRMS score of the two groups was lower than before(P＜0.05),and the MMSE score of the study group(28.01±1.30)was higher than that of the control group(25.87±2.16).MMSE scores in both groups were higher than before(P＜0.05)(P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25％(3/48)in the study group and 12.50％(6/48)in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(x2=0.490,P＞0.05).Conclusion Treatment of bipolar disorder of episodes manic of carbonate lithium with ziracidone combined has efficacy significant,which can reduce the degree of mania,improve cognitive function,with high safety.
