腹腔镜手术联合辛伐他汀及戈舍瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症对卵巢储备功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨辛伐他汀联合戈舍瑞林及腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)对卵巢储备功能及血清抗子宫内膜抗体(endometrial antibody,EMAb)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,PAI-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemotactic protein-1,MCP-1)的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 4 月至2022年5月平顶山市第一人民医院诊治的82例EMs患者作为研究对象,分为两组,每组各41例.结果 观察组治疗后总有效率、VE、SOD、1年妊娠率高于对照组,而E2、FSH、LH、EMAb、PAI-1、MCP-1、ROS和复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 辛伐他汀联合戈舍瑞林及腹腔镜治疗EMs具有较为理想效果,有利于改善卵巢功能和降低EMAb、PAI-1、MCP-1表达.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin combined with goserrelin and laparoscopy on ovarian reserve function,endometriosis antibody(EMAb),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and monocyte chemotactic pro-tein-1(MCP-1)in endometriosis(EMs).Methods A total of 82 EMs patients diagnosed and treated from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into 2 groups,with 41 patients in each group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,VE,SOD and 1-year pregnancy rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,while E2,FSH,LH,EMAb,PAI-1,MCP-1,ROS and recurrence rate were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin combined with goserelin and laparoscopic treatment of EMs has a better effect,which is beneficial to improve ovarian function and reduce EMAb,PAI-1,MCP-1 expression.
