价值医疗视角下电子病历档案的医院数据共享模式研究

摘要
本研究提出了一种数据共享模式,旨在解决医院数据共享难点,提升医疗服务价值,为医院面向数据共享应用的信息化建设提供参考.该模式应用区块链与星际文件系统(inter-planetary file system,IPFS)存储技术构建了电子病历数据中间库,可实现对以电子病历数据为核心的诊疗过程数据的整合、存储与分发.本研究提出的数据共享模式的应用可以提高医疗服务质量、促进诊疗流程改善、支持分级诊疗和提升精细化管理能力,实现医疗服务全链路价值的提升.
Abstract
This research proposes a data sharing model,which aims to solve the difficulties of hospital data sharing,en-hance the value of medical services,and provide reference for the informationization construction of hospitals oriented to data sharing applications.The model applies blockchain and inter-planetary file system(IPFS)storage technology to build an intermediate database of electronic medical record data,which can realize the integration,storage and distribu-tion of diagnosis and treatment process data with electronic medical record data as the core.The application of the data sharing model proposed in this paper can improve the quality of medical services,promote the improvement of diagnosis and treatment process,support the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and enhance the ability of fine management,and realize the enhancement of the value of the whole chain of medical services.
