目的 探究沙盘游戏联合奖励法语言训练对孤独症儿童语言发育及社交能力的影响。方法 通过随机数字表法将选取的80例于2021年1月至2023年1月在驻马店市中心医院进行孤独症治疗的患儿分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组患儿采用奖励法语言训练进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合沙盘游戏,对两组患者的临床疗效、孤独症症状评定、孤独症治疗评估和孤独症行为评定做对比。结果 干预后两组的自闭症儿童心理教育评核系统第三版(Chinese psychoeducational phofile-3,CPEP-3)量表各项分值均有提升,且观察组和对照组相比提升幅度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);干预结束后,观察组和对照组患儿的儿童孤独症评定量表(childhood autism rating scale,CARS)评分、孤独症治疗评估(autism treatment evaluation check-list,ATEC)评分和孤独症行为量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)评分均有下降,且观察组患儿的CARS、ATEC和ABC评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 沙盘游戏联合奖励法语言训练能够有效提高孤独症儿童的语言发育和社交能力。
Impacts of sandplay therapy combined with reward based language training on language development and social skills in children with autism
Objective To explore the impacts of sandplay therapy combined with reward based language training on lan-guage development and social skills in children with autism.Methods Using a random number table method,80 select-ed children who treated in the Zhumadian Central Hospital for autism treatment from January 2021 to January 2023 were separated into an observation group(40 cases)and a reference group(40 cases),the reference group received reward based language training for treatment,while the observation group received sandplay therapy on the basis of the reference groups treatment.The clinical efficacy,autism symptom assessment,autism treatment assessment,and autism behavior assessment of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Chinese psychoeducational pho-file-3(CPEP-3)scale in both groups were improved,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of the childhood autism rating scale(CARS),au-tism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC),and autism behavior checklist(ABC)in the observation group and refer-ence group decreased,and the CARS,ATEC,and ABC scores in the observation group were greatly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sandplay therapy and reward based language training can effectively improve the language development and social skills of children with autism.
