Health promotion behavior and influencing factors in patients with acute STEMI after intervention therapy
Objective To explore the health promotion behavior of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)after intervention treatment, and analyze the influencing factors of health promotion behavior in pa-tients after intervention treatment. Methods A prospective study was conducted, including 120 acute STEMI patients di-agnosed and treated at Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 as the study subjects. All patients received intervention treatment at our hospital, and one month after intervention treatment, the Health Promotion Behavior Scale(HPLP-Ⅱ)was used to evaluate the health promotion behavior status of patients.A general information survey questionnaire was designed, and the questionnaire was asked and completed with the cooperation of patients. The health promotion behavior levels of patients with different baseline data(HPLP-Ⅱ score)were compared, and possible factors were included.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the influencing factors of health promotion behav-ior status of acute STEMI patients after intervention treatment. Results The HPLP-Ⅱ score of 120 patients with acute STEMI after interventional treatment was(128.35±14.77),indicating a moderate level of health promoting behavior. The comparison of HPLP-Ⅱ scores after intervention treatment in acute STEMI patients with different genders, marital relation-ships,understanding of social support ability, hope level, and coping styles showed statistical significant differences(P<0.05).A multiple linear regression model was established, and the results showed that gender, marital relationship, perceived social support ability, hope level, and coping style were all influencing factors for health promotion behavior in acute STMEI patients after intervention treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall health promotion behavior of acute STMEI patients after intervention treatment is at a moderate level, which may be influenced by factors such as patient gen-der,marital status, ability to comprehend social support, level of hope, and coping strategies.
