Status analysis on positive ALT detection in 18 blood station labs of Henan Province
Objective To understand the alanine aminotransferase(ALT)detection of 18 blood station laboratories(labs)in Henan province, explore the influencing factors of the difference in the unqualified rate among different labs, improve the level of inter-laboratory testing in Henan province, and promote the standardized construction of blood sta-tions.Methods The ALT test results of voluntary blood donors from 18 blood stations in Henan province during 2017-2019 were selected. The annual total number of tests, unqualified numbers, test equipment, test reagents and other data were collected, and the results were analyzed by SPSS.Results The ALT unqualified rate of 18 blood stations in Henan province was 1.02‰-12.76‰,which was significant differences(x2=9 049.45,P<0.05).The unqualified rate of different equipment and reagents in primary screening was 2.98‰-6.78‰,and the difference was significant(x2=927.04,P<0.05).The unqualified rate of different retest equipment was 1.18‰-11.46‰,which was signifi-cant difference(x2=4978.83,P<0.05).The unqualified rate of different retest reagents was 1.02‰-11.46‰,and the difference was significant(x2=6027.75,P<0.05).Conclusion By comparing the lab test equipment, reagents and other influencing factors,we can gradually reduce the blood scrap rate due to ALT,improve the homogenization of lab test level in blood stations, and steadily promote the standardized construction of blood stations in Henan province.
