Effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy on functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment on patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach qi deficiency type.Methods A study was conducted on 100 pa-tients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type treated in the Fifth Clinical Medical College of Henan University of Chinese Medicine between July 2022 and December 2023.They were randomly divided into a con-trol group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group mainly received convention-al treatment,while the observation group mainly received traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treat-ment.The clinical indicators and parameters of the two groups of patients were compared.Results From the data re-sults of this study,it can be seen that before the formal implementation of treatment,there was no significant difference in the various scoring parameters of the two groups of patients,and the comparative effect was relatively small;after un-dergoing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment,the treatment parameters of the observation group patients showed a significant improvement effect,and the data parameters were better than those of the control group patients,with significant differences in data results.Conclusion With the application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment methods,the clini-cal treatment effect of functional dyspepsia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency is relatively obvious,and it is currently a treatment method that can be promoted.
