中药塌渍联合火龙罐对中风后偏瘫患者神经功能及生活质量的影响分析

中文摘要：目的研究和探讨中药塌渍联合火龙罐对中风后偏瘫患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法将2021年2月-2023年6月期间于河南省中医院就诊的中风后偏瘫患者78例随机分为对照(39例)、观察(39例)两组，对照组患者实施心理疏导、坐位训练、站立训练、行走训练等常规康复治疗。观察组患者给予中药塌渍联合火龙罐治疗，中药塌渍用白酒将桑枝、透骨草、艾叶、伸筋草、鸡血藤等重要分调成膏状并敷于患处;火龙罐热灸肩髃、臂臑、膈俞等穴位。两组均经4周治疗后判定疗效。结果治疗后中医证候、神经功能、生活质量等水平均优于治疗前，且治疗后观察组各项水平优于对照组(P＜0。01)。结论中药塌渍联合火龙罐可显著改善中风后偏瘫患者中医证候评分及神经功能水平，且对生活质量的提高效果更显著。

外文摘要：Objective To study and explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Huolong cupping on neurological function and quality of life in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 78 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to Henan Provincal Hospital of TCM from February 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(39 cases)and an observation group(39 cases).The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment such as psychological counseling,sitting training,standing training,and walking training.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Huolong cupping.The traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains used Chinese Baijiu to make important ingredients such as mulberry twigs,phryma leptostachya,argy wormwood leaf,tendon stretching herbs,and spatholobus suberectus dunn into paste and apply them to the affected part;heat moxi-bustion on acupoints such as shoulder bone,arm bone,and diaphragm shu with Huolong cupping.Both groups were evalu-ated for efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment.Results Showed that the levels of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,neurological function,and quality of life after treatment were better than before,and the observation group had better levels than the control group after treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and Huolong cupping can significantly improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and neurological function level in patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and has a more significant effect on improving quality of life.
