Relationship between UACR and CNN1 and FSTL1 expression and unstable angina pectoris combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary microalbumin/creatinine(UACR),calponin-1(CNN1),follistatin like protein-1(FSTL1)and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with Unstable Angina(UA)complicated with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM).Methods Totally 117 UA patients(UA group)and 115 simple T2DM patients(T2DM group)diagnosed in the General Hospital of Pingdingshan Medical Group from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected to compare their blood lipids, blood sugar, and levels of UACR,CNN1,and FSTL1;and the UA group was stratified and compared based on whether T2DM and the number of coronary lesions were merged, and linear correlation methods were used to analyze the correlation between UACR,CNN1,FSTL1,and Gensini score in UA patients. Results The measured values of UACR,CNN1,and FSTL1 in the UA group were higher than those in the T2DM,and the differences in the above indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 117 UA patients, including 63 patients with concomitant T2DM and 54 patients without concomitant T2DM.The UACR,CNN1,and FSTL1 measurements of UA patients with concomitant T2DM and those without concomitant T2DM in the UA group showed statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 117 UA patients, including 21 patients with single coronary artery disease,68 patients with double coronary artery disease, and 28 patients with triple coronary artery disease. The UACR,CNN1,and FSTL1 measurements of UA patients with triple coronary arter-y disease were significantly higher than those of double coronary artery disease and single coronary artery disease patients(P<0.05).The measured values of CNN1 and FSTL1 in UA patients with dual vessel coronary artery disease were signif-icantly higher than those in single vessel disease(P<0.05).The measured values of UACR,CNN1,FSTL1 in UA pa-tients showed a significant positive correlation with the Gensini score(P<0.05).Increased TG,TC and Gensini scores were independent risk factors for T2DM in UA patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The UACR,CNN1,and FSTL1 levels in patients with UA combined with T2DM were significantly higher than those in patients with UA alone and T2DM alone, and there was a close positive correlation with the number and severity of coronary artery lesions.
