Effect of nasal septum deviation correction on nasal aesthetics in nasal septum-rhinoplasty
Objective To analyze the plastic effect and aesthetics of nasal septum deviation correction in nasal septum rhinoplasty,and to analyze the occurrence of complications.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with nasal septum-rhinoplasty in Henan Plastic Surgery and Beauty Hospital and Henan Chest Hospital from October 2019 to June 2022 were analyzed.According to the operation methods,they were divided into group A(32 cases)and group B(28 ca-ses);in group A,endoscopic surgery was performed,and in group B,routine submucosal resection of the nasal septum was performed.Observed the perioperative indicators,satisfaction with surgery,postoperative complications,and post-operative aesthetics of the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical efficacy of group A patients was significantly higher than that of group B;the proportion of total satisfaction was also significantly higher than that of Group B;the to-tal incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of Group B(P＜0.05).The surgical time and bleeding volume in Group A were significantly lower than those in Group B(P＜0.05).After treatment,the deviation angle of the nasal bridge and nasolabial angle in Group A were significantly lower than before treatment,while the protrusion of the nasal tip and nasofrontal angle were significantly higher than those before treatment;in group B,only the nasal frontal angle index was significantly higher than that before treatment.The above parameter indicators:after treatment,the de-viation angle of the nasal bridge and nasolabial angle in Group A were significantly lower than those in Group B,while the protrusion of the nasal tip and nasal frontal angle were significantly higher than those in Group B(P＜0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic surgery has better nasal plastic effect on patients with deviation of nasal septum,better postop-erative beauty and fewer postoperative complications.
