Application of pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation in postpartum pelvic floor muscle repair
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation in postpartum pelvic floor muscle repair.Methods Totally 94 postpartum women with pelvic floor muscle re-pair admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis,and the above patients were randomly divided into groups u-sing the random number table method.The routine group received pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the treatment group received pelvic floor muscle exercise plus biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy.The improvement of pelvic floor muscle tension,pelvic floor electromyography value,sex life quality and complication rate of the two groups were statisti-cally analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the number of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ cases in the treatment group(P＞0.05),while 33 cases of grade V patients in the treatment group were better than 20 cases in the conventional group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The data of 10 s fast muscle and 60 s slow muscle in the treatment group were better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the sexual life quality of both groups was improved,but the treatment group was better than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(17.02％vs 2.13％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion After taking pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation treatment in pelvic floor muscle repair,the pelvic floor muscle tension,pelvic floor electromyography value and sexual life quality are also significantly improved,the incidence of complications is reduced,and the curative effect is obvious,which can be implemented in clinical long-term.
