艾地苯醌结合平颤舒筋汤对帕金森病患者氧化应激与多巴胺功能指标的影响

目的 探讨给予帕金森病(parkinson's disease,PD)患者艾地苯醌(idebenone,IDE)与平颤舒筋汤联用的疗效,以及对氧化应激和多巴胺功能指标的影响。方法 选择2021年1月-2023年12月间于黄河科技学院附属医院就诊的98例PD患者,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为对照组和联合组,每组均为49例。对照组给予艾地苯醌治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联用平颤舒筋汤。对比两组治疗后的症状积分和不良反应发生情况,治疗前后的认知功能(montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)、氧化应激指标水平[超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-Hydroxydeoxyguanosinic acid,8-OHdG)与丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)]和多巴胺功能(多巴胺熵值、左侧尾状核多巴胺、左侧壳核多巴胺、右侧尾状核多巴胺和右侧壳核多巴胺)指标水平。结果 治疗后,联合组的症状积分(11。88±1。54)、8-OHdG(38。55±4。13)和MDA(7。54±0。83)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);联合组的MoCA(21。69±2。62)提升更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);联合组的多巴胺熵值(4。33±0。42)、左侧尾状核多巴胺(1。69±0。52)、右侧尾状核多巴胺(1。64±0。52)、左侧壳核多巴胺(2。09±0。52)和右侧壳核多巴胺(2。17±0。72)均高于对照组;且两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 IDE联合平颤舒筋汤可改善PD患者的氧化应激,提升多巴胺功能指标,提高疗效,且具备较高安全性。
Effects of Idebenquinone combined with Pingchan Shujin decoction on oxidative stress index and dopamine function index in patients with Parkinson's disease
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Idebenone(IDE)in combination with Pingchan Shujin decoction in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD),including the effects on oxidative stress and dopamine function.Methods 98 patients with PD,who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Henan Yellow River Institute of Science and Technology from 2021.1 to 2023.12,were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,with 49 patients in each group.The patients were divided into control group and combined group by random grouping,and each group consisted of 49 cases.The patients of control group was treated with idebenone,while the combined group was combined with Pingchan Shujin decoction based on the control group.Comparing the symptom integration and adverse reactions of the two groups,montreal cognitive assessment(MoC A)before and after treatment,oxidative stress index level[superoxide dismutase(SOD),8-Hydroxydeoxyguanosinicacid(8-OHdG)and malondialdehyde(MDA)]and the level of dopa-mine function(dopamine entropy value,left caudate dopamine,left putamen dopamine,right caudate dopamine,and right putamen dopamine).Results After treatment,the symptom integral in combined group(11.88±1.54),8-OHdG(38.55±4.13)and MDA(7.54±0.83)were lower than those in the control group,The difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);MoCA(21.69±2.62)in the combined group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the combined group,dopamine entropy(4.33±0.42),left caudate dopamine(1.69±0.52),right caudate dopamine(1.64±0.52),left putamen dopamine(2.09±0.52)and right putamen dopamine(2.17±0.72)were higher than those in the control group;And there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IDE combined with Pingchan Shujin Decoction can improve ox-idative stress in PD patients,enhance dopamine function indicators,increase therapeutic efficacy,and has high safety.
