Clinical application of musculoskeletal ultrasound in diagnosis of soft tissue injury of ankle and knee joint
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Musculoskeletal ultrasound to the knee and ankel soft tissue in-jury.Methods A total of 100 patients with soft tissue injury of ankle and knee were selected from Puyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to April 2022.Musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI were performed on 72 non-surgical patients, and the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.28 patients(53 patients with soft tissue injury)were selected for surgical treatment. The results of preoperative ultrasound,MRI and op-eration were compared and analyzed. Results The 72 non-operative patients with soft tissue injury of ankle and knee joint, the sensitivity rate, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 92.98%,80.00%,90.28%,94.64%and 75.00%,respectively.Among the 28 patients(a total of 53 injured soft tissues)who underwent surgical treatment, the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 90.57%and the accuracy rate of MRI diag-nosis was 94.34%.Conclusion Musculoskeletal ultrasound is simple and has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of soft tissue injury of ankle and knee joint, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
