目的 探究金双歧联合重组人生长激素(recombinant human growth hormone,rhGH)治疗特发性矮小症(Idi-opathic short stature,ISS)儿童的疗效及对骨代谢的影响。方法 选择2020年5月—2023年5月入住河南大学附属南阳市第一人民医院儿科的94例青春期前ISS儿童为对象实施前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组47例、对照组47例。对照组接受rhGH治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合金双歧治疗,比较两组生长发育指标、骨代谢指标、血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平、不良反应的差异。结果 与治疗前相比,治疗6个月后两组Ht、BA、Wt、GV、HtSDS均升高(P<0。05);且研究组Ht、BA、Wt、GV、HtSDS均优于对照组(P<0。05)。重复测量显示,两组PINP、BAP的时点效应/组间效应/交互效应、β-CTX的时点效应/组间效应比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0。05),与治疗前比较,治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后两组PINP、BAP均升高,β-CTX均降低(P<0。05),但治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后,与对照组相比,研究组PINP、BAP、β-CTX均更优(P<0。05)。重复测量显示,两组IGF-1、IGFBP-3的时点效应/组间效应/交互效应比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0。05),与治疗前比较,治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后两组IGF-1、IGFBP-3均升高(P<0。05),但治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后,与对照组相比,研究组IGF-1、IGFBP-3均更优(P<0。05)。两组不良反应发生状况相较无差异(P>0。05)。结论 金双歧联合rhGH治疗ISS儿童疗效确切,可有效促进生长发育,改善骨代谢指标,且安全性较好。
Therapeutic effect of live combined bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets combined with rhGH on ISS children and its influence on bone metabolism
Objective To explore the curative effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)on children with idiopathic short stature(ISS)and its influence on bone metabo-lism.Methods Totally 94 pre-adolescent ISS children admitted to our department from May 2021-May 2023 were selected for prospective study,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,with47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets,and the study group was treated with alloy bifi-dus on the basis of the control group.The differences of growth and development indexes,bone metabolism indexes,serum IGF-1,IGFBP-3 levels and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the pre-treatment period,Ht,BA,Wt,GV,and HtSDS were elevated in both groups after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05);and Ht,BA,Wt,GV,and HtSDS in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Repeated measurements showed that the difference between the time-point effect/intergroup effect/interaction effect of PINP and BAP,and the time-point effect/intergroup effect of β-CTX was statistically significant in the two groups(P<0.05),and compared with the pre-treatment period,the PINP and BAP were elevated and β-CIX was decreased in the two groups after 3 months of treatment and after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05),but the PINP and BAP were elevated and β-CTX was decreased in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,after 6 months of treatment,and after 6 months of treatment,but after 3 months of treatment and months later,PINP,BAP,and β-CTX were superior in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Repeated measurements showed that the difference in point-in-time effect/between-group effect/interaction effect comparison of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were elevated in the study group compared with the pre-treatment group after 3 months of treatment,and after 6 months of treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05),but the study group after 3 months of treatment,and after 6 months of treatment compared with the control group IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were superior(P<0.05).There was no differ-ence in the status of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with rhGH is effective in treating ISS children,which can effectively promote growth and devel-opment,improve bone metabolism indexes,and has good safety.
