Influence of Zhilou Beixiao fumigation powder on anal margin edema subsidence and wound healing in postoperative patients after minimally invasive surgery for circular mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat flowing downward type
Objective To explore the influence of Zhilou Beixiao fumigation powder on anal margin edema subsidence and wound healing in patients after minimally invasive surgery for circular mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat flowing downward type.Methods Totally 120 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat flowing downward type from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with minimally invasive sur-gery.According to the random grouping method,the above 120 patients were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was given Zhilou Beixiao fumigation powder on the basis of the control group.The differences in anal margin ede-ma and wound healing were evaluated at 1 day and 14 days after surgery.The changes of anorectal dynamics and angio-genesis indexes before surgery and at 14 days after surgery and differences in adverse drug reactions during treatment were analyzed in both groups.Results At 14 days after surgery,the scores of anal margin edema and wound healing in the two groups were reduced than those at 1 day after surgery,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The maximum systolic pressure of a-nal canal and the length of high pressure area in the two groups at 14 days after surgery were declined compared with those before surgery,and the indexes in observation group were lower.The rectal resting pressure and levels of angiogen-esis indexes were enhanced in both groups than those before surgery,and the observation group had higher indexes than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhilou Beixiao fumigation powder has obvious effect on anal margin e-dema in patients after minimally invasive surgery for circular mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat flowing downward type,and can promote the wound healing.
