皱马鞍菌生物学特性研究

Study on Biological Characteristics of Helvella crispa

进行了皱马鞍菌(Helvella crispa)碳源同化、氮源同化研究,测定了菌丝生长温度、酸碱度以及在母种、原种、栽培种培养基上菌丝生长情况。结果表明:皱马鞍菌菌丝生长的最适碳源为D-果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖;最适氮源为蛋白胨;菌丝生长温度范围为5~38℃,最适为25℃;酸碱度范围为pH值3~10,最适为7~8;菌丝能在麦粒、棉籽壳、木屑等多种培养基质上良好生长。此研究对皱马鞍菌驯化栽培具有一定的指导意义。
The mycelial growth in several kinds of media, carbon and nitrogen nutriments utilization, temperature and pH value range of mycelial growth of Hellvella crispa were investigated. The results suggested that the mycelia grew well in Potato-dextran-agar medium, wheat grain medium, cotton hull medium and sawdust medium. The better carbon nutriments were glucose, D-fructose and maltose, the better nitrogen nutriment was peptone for mycelial growth of Helvella crispa. The temperature range of mycelial growth was that of 5℃~38℃, the mycelial grew well with the temperature range of 20℃~30℃. The pH value range for mycelial growth was that of 3 ~10, the mycelia grew well with the pH value range of 7 ~8.The study would be helpful to the study of artificial cultivation of Helvella crispa.
