基于AMESim和ADAMS的柱塞泵性能联合仿真研究

柱塞副是斜盘式轴向柱塞泵最重要的摩擦副之一.为研究柱塞所受液压力时的动力学和运动学的关系,建立了柱塞泵的联合仿真模型.以A37斜盘式轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,通过对柱塞副进行运动学分析,建立柱塞副的三维几何模型,对三维模型施加运动和力学关系约束,建立ADAMS虚拟样机的物理模型,获得了柱塞的位移、速度和加速度曲线.通过AMESim建立柱塞副液压模型,对柱塞泵的动力学模型和液压模型进行联合仿真,得到液压模型计算的柱塞腔内压力分布.虚拟仿真平台验证了动力学模型的正确性,能够真实模拟柱塞的受力和运动情况,为柱塞副的设计研究奠定了基础.
Joint simulation study of piston pump performance based on AMESim and ADAMS
The plunger pair is one of the most important friction pairs of the swash plate axial piston pump.A co-simulation model of the plunger pump is established to study the dynamics and kinematics of the plunger under the hydraulic pressure.Taking the A37 swash plate axial piston pump as the research object,the displacement,velocity,and acceleration curves of the plunger were obtained by analyzing the kinematics of the plunger pair,establishing the three-dimensional geometric model of the plunger pair,imposing motion and mechanical relationship constraints on the three-dimensional model,and establishing the physical model of the ADAMS virtual prototype.The plunger sub-hydraulic model is established by AMESim,and the dynamic model and hydraulic model of the plunger pump are co-simulated,and the pressure distribution in the plunger cavity calculated by the hydraulic model is obtained.The established virtual simulation platform verifies the correctness of the dynamic model,can simulate the force and motion of the plunger,and lays a foundation for the design and research of the plunger pair.
