Research progress on the resistance of Fusarium graminearum to the triazole fungicides
Fusarium head blight(FHB)caused by Fusarium graminearum infection wheat is an important disease in current wheat production, because of there is still lack of stable high-yield and disease-resistant varieties for FHB,and the current prevention and control of chemical agents is mainly used.Due to the long-term,large-scale and unscientific application of fungicides, there have been many reports of F.graminearum becoming resistant to a variety of fungicides. In this paper, the research progress on sensitivity, resistance monitoring, molecular mechanisms and cross resistance of F.graminearum against to the triazole fungicides is reviewed,in order to provide guidance for the chemical prevention and control of FHB in wheat and further contribute to the safe production of wheat.
