禾谷镰刀菌对三唑类杀菌剂的抗药性研究进展

由禾谷镰刀菌侵染小麦引起的小麦赤霉病是当前小麦生产上的重要病害,但由于生产上缺乏对小麦赤霉病稳定的高产抗病品种,因此当前对其主要以化学药剂防控为主.由于小麦长时间、大量及不科学地施用杀菌剂,因此当前已有很多关于禾谷镰刀菌对多种杀菌剂产生抗药性的报道.论文综述禾谷镰刀菌对三唑类杀菌剂的敏感性、抗药性监测、分子机制及交互抗性方面的研究进展.这一研究为小麦赤霉病的化学防控提供指导,对保障小麦的安全生产具有重要的意义.
Research progress on the resistance of Fusarium graminearum to the triazole fungicides
Fusarium head blight(FHB)caused by Fusarium graminearum infection wheat is an important disease in current wheat production,because of there is still lack of stable high-yield and disease-resistant varieties for FHB,and the current prevention and control of chemical agents is mainly used.Due to the long-term,large-scale and unscientific application of fungicides,there have been many reports of F.graminearum becoming resistant to a variety of fungicides.In this paper,the research progress on sensitivity,resistance monitoring,molecular mechanisms and cross resistance of F.graminearum against to the triazole fungicides is reviewed,in order to provide guidance for the chemical prevention and control of FHB in wheat and further contribute to the safe production of wheat.
