摘要

青霉抗菌谱广、抗逆性强,是优良的生防微生物,能有效防治植物病害.论文综述了近年来青霉属生防真菌防治植物真菌、卵菌、线虫和细菌病害的研究成果,生防青霉产生的抑菌活性次生代谢产物种类以及基因组学、转录组学、代谢组学、蛋白质组学和培养组学在生防青霉研究中的应用,并对今后生防青霉的研究进行展望,以期为以后研究及应用提供借鉴.

Abstract

Penicillium sp.has a broad antimicrobial spectrum and strong resistance to adverse conditions,making it an excellent biocontrol agent against various plant diseases.This article reviews the current research status of Penicillium spp.as biological control agents against fungal,oomycete,nematode and bacterial diseases in plants.It also discusses the diversity of antifungal secondary metabolites produced by these biocontrol agents and the application of genomics,transcriptomics,metabolomics,proteomics,and cultureomics in Penicillium research.Finally,the article provides insights into future research directions for biocontrol Penicillium,aiming to serve as a reference for subsequent studies and applications.
