Preparation of conductive Cu-MOF for levofloxacin determination by one-step electrodeposition
In this paper,a Cu-based conductive metal organic frame(Metal-organic framework,MOF)was deposited on the surface of a glass carbon electrode(Glassy carbon electrode,GCE)resulting in a Cu-MOF modified electrode(Cu-MOF/GCE).We investigated the electrochemical properties of Cu-MOF/GCE and its detection of levofloxacin. The results demonstrated that the modified electrode exhibits significant electrocatalysis for the oxidation of levofloxacin. The influence of deposition voltage, deposition time,pH and scan rates on the electrochemical behavior of levofloxacin was also studied by cyclic voltammetry(Cyclic voltammetry,CV),the results displayed that the optimal deposition voltage is-1.3V,the deposition time is 300 s,and the buffer solution pH is 7.5.The relationship between the oxidation peak current value and concentration of levofloxacin was investigated by using the differential pulse voltammetry(Differential pulse voltammetry,DPV),the result showed that the linear response range was 25 to 300 μmol/L,and the detection limit reached 7.25 μmol/L(3S/N).The recovery rate of levofloxacin eye drops and spiked lake water was 96.1%~112.5%.The Cu-MOF/GCE preparation method is simple, sensitive, and interference-resistant,which provides a new method for the determination of levofloxacin in real samples.
