Objective To explore the application effect of whole-process quality management in the antineoplastic drug dispensing in hospital pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods PIVAS antineoplastic drug error cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were analyzed retrospectively,whole-process quality manage-ment of antineoplastic drug dispensing were implemented,and the effect of relevant management measures were evaluated by comparing the internal error rate and outgoing error rate of the control group(January-June 2022)and the experimental group(January-June 2023).Results After the implementation of whole-process quality management measures,the inter-nal error rate of antineoplastic drugs decreased from 6.74‱ to 3.67‱(χ2=10.166,P=0.001),and the outgoing error rate of antineoplastic drugs decreased from 1.02‱ to 0.33‱(χ2=4.135,P=0.042).Conclusion The implementation of whole-process quality management for PIVAS antineoplastic drug dispensing can effectively reduce the incidence of an-tineoplastic drug errors,which is of great significance in ensuring the quality of finished infusion and guaranteeing the safety of patients'medication.
