HPLC Determination of Icariin in Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Icariin in Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid,which can provide evidence of research for quality standard.Methods:A HPLC method was used with Hanbang ODS-C18 column(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) and a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-Purified Water(27∶73).Flow rate was 1.0mL/min,column temperature was 25 ℃,the detection wavelength at 270 nm and sample loop volume being 10 μL.Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 55 μg-275 μg/mL of Icariin,the average recovery was 99.41％ (RSD=0.94％).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid.
