Three Kinds of Isoflavonids in Chickpea Structure Modified Derivatives Synthesis and Structure Characterization
Objective:To improve the solubility of three kinds of isoflavonids in chickpea,then to improve the bioavailability.Methods:Based on the formononetin,biochanin A,genistein as raw material,its raw material is isobutyl reaction,isobutyryl esterification reaction,benzenesulfonyl esterifieation reaction.Results:10 isoflavone ramification were synthesized,the method is simple,easy control and high yield.Conclusion:Product structure was analyzed and confirmed by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and ESI-MS,to lay structural basis for further research on its biological activity.
