目的:研究叶下珠甲醇提取物对四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病模型小鼠血糖及症状的影响.方法:采用尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病模型小鼠,分组观察叶下殊甲醇提取物对糖尿病模型动物空腹血糖值及症状的改善作用.结果:1.8、0.9、0.45 g/kg叶下珠甲醇提取物对糖尿病小鼠体质量减轻有一定改善趋势(P>0.05);1.8、0.9g/kg叶下珠甲醇提取物可一定程度减少糖尿病模型小鼠的饮水量,减轻小鼠多饮症状(P<0.05或P<0.01),减轻多尿症状;1.8、0.9 g/kg叶下珠甲醇提取物可一定程度降低糖尿病模型小鼠空腹血糖(P<0.05).结论:叶下珠甲醇提取物(1.8、0.9 g/kg)对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病模型小鼠空腹血糖有一定的降低作用,并能一定程度改善糖尿病模型小鼠的体质量减轻、多饮、多尿等症状,对糖尿病有一定的治疗作用.
Effect of Phyllanthus Urinaria Methanol Extract on Blood Glucose and Symptom in Alloxan Diabetic Mice
Objective:To study the effect of Phyllanthus urinaria methanol extract on blood glucose and symptom in alloxan diabetic mice.Methods:Intravenous injection of alloxan induced diabetic model mice were observed in methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria L.on mice blood glucose changes and symptom improvement.Results:Methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria L(4.8,0.9 and 0.45 g/kg) have improved the body weight of diabetic mice (P>0.05);methanol extract of Phyllanthus(1.8 and 0.9 g/kg)can reduce the amount of drinking water,improve the animal model of polydipsia symptom diabetic mouse model (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and reduce the symptoms of polyuria;methanol extract of Phyllanthus (1.8 and 0.9 g/kg) can reduce blood glucose in diabetic model mice values (P<0.05).Conclusion:Phyllanthus urinaria methanol extract shows certain reduction in blood sugar in Alloxan induced diabetes model mice,and can improve the diabetes model of animal weight loss,multi drink,and more urine,as well as other symptoms.
