目的:初步探索矮膜苞芹所合化学成分的类别.方法:采用系统预实验法(试管法或滤纸法),对矮膜苞芹的水提物、乙醇提取物、石油醚提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断矮膜苞芹中可能含有的化学成分.结果:矮膜苞芹中可能含挥发油、甾体、强心苷、三萜类、皂苷、酚类、糖类、黄酮类、香豆素等成分.结论:初步确定了矮膜苞芹含有的化学成分,为矮膜苞芹的开发利用提供了科学依据.
Preliminary Tests of Chemical Components of Hymenolaena Nana
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Hymenolaena nana by preliminary test.Methods:The extracted mixture of the Hymenolaena nana from purified water,ethanol and petroleum were studied by test tube or ilter paper method.The chemical constituents of the Hymenolaena nana were preliminarily identified by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator.Results:The preliminary test indicated that the Hymenolaena nana may contain chemical constituents such as volatile oil,steroidal,cardiac glycosides,triterpene,saponinsand polypheuols,polysaccharides,flavonoids,coumarins ect.Conclusion:The results of preliminary test preliminarily determined the chemical compositions of the Hymenolaena nana,and provided scientific foundation for future development and utilization of Hymenolaena nana.
