正交设计与Box-Behnken设计比较研究优化岩高兰多糖提取工艺

目的:比较研究两种实验设计方法对岩高兰多糖提取率的影响,以获得最大多糖溶出率.方法:以岩高兰多糖提取率为考察指标,采用正交设计法和Box-Behnken设计法优化提取工艺并对结果进行统计分析.结果:Box-Behnken设计法得到的多糖提取率比正交试验设计高.结论:岩高兰多糖提取率的最优工艺以Box-Behnken设计法为准,为粉碎粒度100日,时间1.75 h,电机电压155V,料液比1∶15,提取2次.
Comparative Orthogonal Design and Box-Behnken Design Optimization of Extraction Technology of Empetrum Nigrum L.for Polysaccharide
Objective:To optimize extraction rate technology of polysaccharide.Methods:The polysaccharide extracting rate was the investigation index,through the method of orthogonal design and Box-Behnken design optimization of Empetrum nigrum polysaccharide extraction process research,and then the experimetal results of the two methods were analyzed.Results:Box-Behnken design method showed higher polysaceharide digestion rate than the orthogonal design.Conclusion:The optimum extraction of polysaccharide from Empetrum nigrum L.was smashed herbs to pass through 100-mesh scream,add 15 timesparts of water,voltage 1.75 h under 155 V two times.
