Clinical Study of Acupotomy Therapy combined with Exercise Rehabilitation in Treatment of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupotomy therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation in treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain.Methods:62 cases of chronic nonspecific low back pain patients diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each. The control group was given acupotomy treatment.Based on this, the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation in three days after operation. After 2 weeks of treatment, the low back pain (sensation and movement),low back pain movement disability (RMDQ score and ODI score),andlumbar curvature (lumbar flexion range and lumbar curvature) of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.3%,and which was 71.0% in the control group, with statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the sensationpain score and movement pain score were significantly reduced.and the pain scores decreased of observation group were more significant than the control group (P<0.05);The RMDQ score and ODI score of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, and the scores decreased in the observation group were more significant than the control group (P<0.05);Thelumbar flexion range and lumbar curvature of the two group after treatment were significantly increased, and the observation group increased more significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupotomy therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation in treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain can effectively relieve pain, improve patients with lumbar lumbar curvature, and promote functional recovery.
