小儿风热清合剂抗炎解热镇痛药理作用研究

目的:探索小儿风热清合剂的抗炎解热镇痛药理作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,测定小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的含量,评价小儿风热清合剂的抗炎药理作用;采用干酵母致大鼠发热模型评价小儿风热清合剂的解热药理作用;采用冰醋酸致痛扭体法和热板法评价小儿风热清合剂的镇痛药理作用。结果:阳性对照组和小儿风热清低、中、高剂量组二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀度低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。01或P<0。05);小儿风热清中、高剂量组小鼠血清TNF-α含量均低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。01);小儿风热清高剂量组小鼠血清IL-6含量低于模型组(P<0。05)。小儿风热清高剂量组小鼠脾脏指数低于模型组(P<0。05)。小儿风热清低、中、高剂量组大鼠体温低于模型组,且呈现剂量依赖性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。01或P<0。05)。小儿风热清中、高剂量组小鼠扭体反应次数低于模型组(P<0。05);小儿风热清合剂可提高热板实验小鼠的痛阈值,随着小儿风热清合剂剂量增加,小鼠痛阈值呈正相关提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。且其镇痛效果在60 min内达到峰值。结论:小儿风热清合剂具有良好的抗炎解热镇痛药理作用。
Pharmacological Effects of Xiaoer Fengreqing Mixture(小儿风热清合剂)on Anti-Inflammatory,Antipyretic and Analgesic Effect
Objective:To explore the anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic pharmacological effects of Xiaoer Fengreqing mixture.Methods:The mouse ear swelling model induced by xylene was used,and the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in serum of mice were determined to evaluate the anti-inflammatory pharmacological effect of Xiaoer Fengreqing mixture.Rat fever model induced by dry yeast was used to evaluate the antipyretic pharmacological action of Xiaoer Fengreqing mixture.Acetic acid induced pain twisting method and hot plate test were used to evaluate the analgesic pharmacological action of Xiaoer Fengreqing mixture.Results:The positive control group and Xiaoer Fengreqing low,medium and high dose groups showed lower degree of ear swelling induced by xylene than model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Xiaoer Fengreqing medium and high dose groups showed lower serum TNF-α content than model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);Xiaoer Fengreqing high dose group showed lower serum IL-6 content than model group(P<0.05).Xiaoer Fengreqing high dose group showed lower spleen index than model group(P<0.05).Xiaoer Fengre-qing low dose,medium dose and high dose groups showed lower body temperature than model group,and there was a dose-dependent relationship,with statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Xiaoer Fengreqing medium and high dose groups showed less writhing reaction times than model group(P<0.05).Xiaoer Fengreqing mixture could improve the pain threshold of hot-plate experiment in mice.With the increase of Xiaoer Fengreqing mixture dose,the pain threshold of mice showed a positive correlation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The analgesic effect reached the peak within 60 minutes.Conclusion:Xiaoer Fengreqing mixture has good anti-inflammatory and antipyretic pharmacological effects.
