香芪生乳合剂的HPLC指纹图谱建立

目的:建立香芪生乳合剂HPLC-DAD法指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用ACE EXCEL C18-AR(250mm× 4。6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0。1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,体积流量为1。0 mL/min,柱温为35 ℃,检测波长为203 nm,进样量为10μL。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(版本2004A)"分别对10批香芪生乳合剂的指纹图谱进行相似度评价,将对照图谱与单味药材进行色谱峰匹配,确定共有峰归属,结合混合标准溶液图谱对其共有峰成分进行指认。结果:10批香芪生乳合剂指纹图谱与对照图谱的相似度大于0。96,有36个共有峰,所有共有峰都能归属到单味药材。结论:建立的香芪生乳合剂HPLC指纹图谱可体现该复方中药制剂中多类成分的整体特征,为该制剂的质量控制提供方法依据。
Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint for Xiangqi Shengru Mixture(香芪生乳合剂)
Objective:To establish the HPLC-DAD fingerprint analysis method of Xiangqi Shengru mixture.Methods:The separation was performed on an ACE EXCEL C18-AR(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid.The flowing rate was 1.0 mL/min.The temperature of column was 35℃and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.The injection concentration was 10 μL.The similarity degree of the fingerprints of 10 batches of Xiangqi Shengru mixture was evaluated by the Chinese Medicine Chromatog-raphy Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System Software(Version 2004A),respectively.The chromatographic peaks of the control spectrum and the single medicinal material were matched to determine the attribution of common peak,and the components of common peak were identified by mixing standard solution.Results:The similarity between the fingerprint patterns of 10 batches of Xiangqi Shengru mixture and the control spectra was over than 0.96.There were 36 peaks in total,and all the common peaks could be attributed to a single medicinal material.Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprint of Xiangqi Shengru mixture can reflect the overall characteristics of the multi-components in the compound preparation,which provides a method basis for the quality control of the preparation.
