基于化学计量学及熵权TOPSIS分析联合多组分定量的洗消液综合质量评价

目的:对不同批次洗消液进行综合质量评价。方法:采用HPLC-QAMS法建立15批洗消液中落新妇苷、黄杞苷、羟基-α-山椒素、羟基-β-山椒素、羟基-γ-山椒素、黄柏酮、苦参碱、氧化槐果碱、氧化苦参碱和地肤子皂苷Ic的含量测定方法,采用化学计量学和熵权TOPSIS法对洗消液的整体质量进行综合评价。结果:10种成分的线性范围分别为 1。88~94。00、1。09~54。50、1。47~73。50、0。74~37。00、0。26~13。00、1。30~65。00、0。82~41。00、0。53~26。50、4。15~207。50、3。26~163。00μg/mL(r>0。999 0),精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD均<2。0%;平均加样回收率(n=9)在96。74%~100。11%之间(RSD<2。0%)。聚类分析和主成分分析识别方法将15批样品分为3类;正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析发掘出氧化苦参碱、落新妇苷、羟基-α-山椒素、地肤子皂苷I c和黄柏酮在内的5个主要差异成分。熵权TOPSIS分析结果表明,S14质量最佳,S10质量较次。结论:所建立的方法可用于洗消液质量的综合评价。
Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Xixiao Liquid(洗消液)Based on Chemometrics Combined with Entropy TOPSIS Analysis and Multi-Component Quantification
Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the quality of Xixiao liquid from different batches.Methods:The HPLC-QAMS was used to establish the content of astilbin,engeletin,hydroxy-α-sanshool,hydroxy-β-sanshool,hydroxy-γ-sanshool,obacunone,matrine,oxysophocarpine,oxymatrine and kochioside Ic in 15 batches of Xixiao liquid.Chemometrics and entropy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(E-TOPSIS)method were used for comprehensive quality evaluation.Results:There was a good linear relationship among 10 ingredients in the determination range(1.88-94.00,1.09-54.50,1.47-73.50,0.74-37.00,0.26-13.00,1.30-65.00,0.82-41.00,0.53-26.50,4.15-207.50,3.26-163.00 μg/mL),with RSD of precision,repeatability and stability tests all lower than 2.0%,and the recoveries were 96.74%-100.11%(RSD<2.0%,n=9).The samples could be divided into three categories by cluster analysis(CA)and principal component analysis(PCA).And five components were screened out to cause quality differences by orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA),including oxymatrine,astilbin,hydroxy-α-sanshool,kochioside Ic and obacunone.E-TOPSIS analy-sisresults showed that S14 had the best quality and S10 quality was interior.Conclusion:The established method can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Xixiao liquid.
