Analysis of the Components of Petroleum Ether Fraction of Abtilon Indicum(L.)Sweet in Rat Plasma based on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Technology
Objective:To analyze the components of petroleum ether fraction of Abtilon indicum(L.)Sweet in rat plasma based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology, and to provide a basis for the analysis of effective components of Abtilon indicum(L.)Sweet.Methods:Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used to analyze the components of the petroleum ether fraction of Abtilon indicum(L.)Sweet in rat plasma, and plasma samples at different time points were selected to determine the entry time of the compo-nents into the bloodstream. Results:The extraction of 60 min plasma has obvious drug components in plasma.Compared with the sample of UPLC-QTOF-MS,a total of 5 components was found. The five componentsare are classified as Glucuronide,G Tridecanol, non ionic surfactants and something similar to Epoxylathyrol-phenylaceta tediacetate. Conclusion:The use of UPLC-QTOF-MS technology to identify the migrating components in rat blood of AbtiLon indicum(L.)Sweet in petroleum ether parts not only obtained chromatographic peaks with good resolution, but also greatly saved time and reagent consumption.
