In order to further improve the construction of the traceability system,this article analyzes the commonly used traceability technologies in the current traceability system from two aspects:full process trace-ability technology and origin traceability technology.They are analyzed from the aspects of information collection methods,information storage methods,and traceability scope.Among them,the widely used and affordable one is IoT traceability technology.The new traceability technology mainly based on blockchain,has better traceability effect,but the development cost is relatively high.In the future,the Internet of Things technology can be com-bined with emerging traceability technologies such as blockchain to use new technologies as secondary trace-ability supplements to other traceability technologies,improving the credibility of traceability results.At the same time,origin traceability technology can be used to assist in verifying the authenticity of the traceability chain.
