草乌所含的特征性成分二萜类生物碱是其主要毒性成分也是有效成分,具有抗炎、镇痛、抑菌、抗病毒、强心、抗肿瘤、局部麻醉等药理活性的同时也存在各种毒性作用。故传统医药通常通过炮制或配伍,降低其毒性,保障临床用药安全。作为中医药的重要组成部分蒙医药在这方面优势更为突出。

The characteristic ingredient diterpenoid alkaloids contained in Caowu(Aconitum Kusnezoffii Reichb)is its main toxic component and active ingredient,which has pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,bacteriostatic and antiviral,cardiotonic,antitumor,local anesthesia,etc.and also h as various abnormal multi-system toxic effects.Therefore,traditional medicine is usually prepared or compounded to reduce its toxicity and ensure its safe clinical use.As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,Mon golian medicine has more prominent advantages in this regard.
