目的:分析电针相关研究的现状、热点和趋势，为后续研究提供借鉴。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang Data)、中国生物医学文献库(CMB)和Web of Science核心合集(WoSCC)数据库中近5年电针相关研究的文献，运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对其进行可视化知识图谱分析。结果:共纳入中文文献6 930篇，英文文献2 173篇，年发文量呈增长趋势。该领域主要研究国家是中国和美国，且合作密切;中文文献和英文文献中分别以黑龙江中医药大学和北京中医药大学贡献最大;中文文献形成了以梁凤霞、王丹、孙忠人、方剑乔等为代表的核心研究团队，英文文献未形成显著的核心作者群。除去与主题相关的关键词，中文文献中腰椎间盘突出症、膝骨关节炎、脊髓损伤研究频数最高，英文文献中疼痛、炎症、神经性疼痛研究最多。结论:电针研究持续发展中，以临床研究和机制研究为主。干预方式以针药结合、电针预处理、经皮穴位电刺激等为热点。脑卒中、脊髓损伤、缺血再灌注损伤是目前研究的热点疾病。电针参数标准化是亟待解决的问题，也是未来研究热点和趋势。
Visual Analysis of the Current Status,Hotspots,and Trends in Electroacupuncture Research based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer
Objective:To analyze the current status,hotspots,and trends of electroacupuncture related research,and provide reference for subsequent research.Methods:The literature on electroacupuncture related research in the past five years in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database(VIP),Wanfang(Wanfang Data),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CMB)and Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)databases was retrieved,and CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used for visual knowledge map analysis.Results:A total of 6 930 Chinese documents and 2 173 English documents were collected,and the annual publishing volume showed a steady growth trend.The main research countries in this field were China and the United States,with close cooperation.Among the Chinese and English literatures,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine contributed the most.The Chinese literature had formed a core research team represented by LIANG Fengxia,WANG Dan,SUN Zhongren,FANG Jianqiao and etc.,while the English literature had not formed a significant core author group.In addition to the keywords related to the topic,Chinese literature had the highest frequency of research on lumbar disc herniation,knee osteoarthritis,and spinal cord injury,while English literature had the highest frequency of research on pain,inflammation,and neuropathic pain.Conclusion:In the continuous development of electroacupuncture research,clinical research and mechanism research are the main focus.Intervention methods such as combination of acupuncture and medicine,electroacupuncture pretreatment,and percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation are the research hot topics.Stroke,spinal cord injury,and ischemia-reperfusion injury are currently hot research diseases.The standardization of electroacupuncture parameters is an urgent problem that needs to be solved,and it is also a future research hotspot and trend.
