摘要
目的:研究子宫腺肌病的舌象、脉象、证型分布规律与关联.方法:从中国知网(CNKI)、维普网(VIP)及万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)中收集建库至2022年11月研究子宫腺肌病舌象、脉象、证型的临床期刊、会议和学位论文,建立子宫腺肌病舌脉证数据库,并对数据进行描述统计、关联规则分析及聚类分析.结果:子宫腺肌病临床研究中出现频数最高的舌脉证依次为紫暗舌、薄苔、白苔、弦涩脉、气滞血瘀证、胖舌;关联性最强的舌脉、脉证、舌证配伍分别为白苔-弦涩脉+薄苔,弦脉-气滞血瘀证,紫暗舌-气滞血瘀证;四阶关联规则结果中,支持度最高的为气滞血瘀证-薄苔+紫暗舌+白苔.结论:临床中子宫腺肌病最常见的舌象、脉象、证型组合为气滞血瘀证+薄苔+紫暗舌+白苔.
Abstract
Objective:To study the distribution and correlation of tongue,pulse,and syndrome types in adenomyosis.Method:Clinical journals,conferences,and dissertations on the tongue,pulse,and syndrome types of adenomyosis from CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data were collected from the establishment of the database until November 2022.The database of tongue and pulse syndrome of adenomyosis was established,and descriptive statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on the data.Result:The tongue and pulse syndrome with the highest frequency in clinical research of adenomyosis was purple dark tongue,thin coating,white coating,stringy and astringent pulse,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and bulgy tongue in order.The most relevant combinations of tongue pulse,pulse syndrome,and tongue syndrome combinations were white coating-[stringed astringent pulse+thin coating,stringed pulse-Qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,and purple dark tongue-Qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,respectively.In the results of the fourth order association rule,the highest support was for Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome-thin coating+purple dark tongue+white coating.Conclusion:The most common combination of tongue,pulse,and syndrome types in clinical adenomyosis was Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome+thin coating+purple dark tongue+white coating.
