Based on the theory of"interaction between host and guest"combined with modern medical research,the pathogenesis and the application strategies of traditional Chinese medicine for precancerous lesions of the uterine cervix were discussed.The main etiology and pathogenesis of cervical precancerous lesions are the disorder of the"host"of liver,spleen and kidney,combined with the"guest"of phlegm,dampness,heat and toxicity,which eventually becomes the obstruction and gradually becomes chronic disease,and develops into cervical precancerous lesions and tends to develop malignantly.The treatment is based on"supporting the positive and reaching the evil,separating the host and the guest",clarify the strength of the host and the guest while soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen,and strengthening the kidney,and accurately differentiate syndromes.Flexible using the"through"methods such as clearing heat,dispelling dampness,detoxifying,regulating Qi,promoting blood circulation,and resolving blood stasis in stages to eliminate evil and unblock collaterals.
