目的:研究不同商品规格等级白及特征图谱间的差异性,为白及的质量评价提供参考。方法:按白及药材质量大小将白及分为3个等级,建立白及超高效液相色谱(UPLC)特征图谱分析方法,并采用相似度评价、主成分分析和灰色关联度法分析不同商品规格等级之间的差异。结果:对16批不同商品规格等级白及进样分析,共确定9个特征共有峰,指认其中1种成分,不同商品规格等级白及间的相似度为0。393~0。996,差异较明显。主成分分析和灰色关联度法分析结果显示一等品白及得分整体偏低,排名靠后。结论:不同商品规格等级白及特征图谱具有一定差异性,本研究可为白及不同商品规格等级的划分及其质量评价提供参考。
Study on the Quality of Different Specification and Grade of Baiji(Bletillae Rhizoma)and UPLC Characteristic Spectrum Based on Principal Component Analysis and Grey Correlation Analysis
Objective:To study differences of specific chromatogram among Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma)of different specification and grade,to provide reference for the quality evaluation of Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma).Methods:According to the weight,Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma)was divided into three grades,and the UPLC characteristic spectrum analysis method of Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma)was established.The similarity evaluation,principal component analysis and grey correlation analysis method were used to analyze the differences among different specification and grade.Results:A total of nine characteristic common peaks were identified and one components were identified for the analysis of 16 different specification and grade of Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma).The similarity among different specification and grade of Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma)was 0.393-0.996,and the difference was obvious.According to the result of principal component analysis and grey correlation analysis,the first-class Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma)showed low score and ranking.Conclusion:The characteristic spectrum of Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma)with different specification and grade show certain differences.This study can provide reference for the classification and quality control of Baiji(Bletillae rhizoma)with different specifications and grades.
