Visual Analysis on Related Research of Danggui Sini Decoction(当归四逆汤)Based on CiteSpace
Objective:To explore the current research status,hotspots and trends of Danggui Sini decoction.Methods:The literature related to Danggui Sini decoction were searched from CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP and CBM from the establishment of the database to July 31,2023.NoteExpress V3.0 and CiteSpace V6.2.R3 software were used to map and analyze the study authors,research institutions and keyword visualization.Results:A total of 1318 documents were included,with a general fluctuating upward trend in the number of publications from 1954 to 2023.The author with the highest number of publications was ZHAO Guoping,and the main research institutions are Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The high-frequency keywords were mainly Danggui Sini decoction,therapeutic efficacy,peripheral neuropathy,etc.A total of 12 keyword clusters were formed,including Zhigancao(prepared licorice),rat and dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:The attention of Danggui Sini decoction is on the rise,and the research focus and hotspots in this field are the exploration of the formulae connotation of classic formulae,rules of compounding,evolution of the drug dosage,etc.,and the clinical application of Danggui Sini decoction in diabetes mellitus,dysmenorrhea,Raynaud's disease,etc.The research trends in this field are exploration and elaboration of its unique components,potential medicinal effects,and the analysis of the molecular mechanism through the modern experimental research methods.
