从"肝藏血"初探围绝经期肝血不足与衰老的关系论

中文摘要：女子以血为本，以肝为先天，其经、孕、胎、产、乳均以血为基础，一生中多处于"血不足"的状态。肝血亏虚所致气血化生、贮藏、血量调节等肝藏血功能失调与衰老和围绝经期的发生密切相关。基于围绝经期女性特有的生理特点和肝藏血的功能，认为肝血不足、肝藏血功能失调会加速围绝经期女性的衰老，并提出从中药五味之"酸、甘、辛"养肝血、柔肝体、调肝气以延缓围绝经期女性的衰老。

外文摘要：Women take blood as the base,and take liver as the congenital.Its menstrual cycle,pregnancy,fetus,labor and milk are based on blood,and life is mostly in the state of"insufficient blood".The dysfunction of liver blood storage,including Qi and blood transformation,blood storage,and blood volume regulation,caused by liver blood deficiency is closely related to the occurrence of aging and perimenopause.Based on the unique physiological characteristics of perimenopause women and the function of liver blood storage,this paper believes that the deficiency of liver blood and dysfunction of blood storage will accelerate the aging of perimenopause women,and proposes that nourishing liver blood to soft liver body and regulating liver Qi by sour,sweet,and spicy of flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,can delay the aging of perimenopause women.
