目的:构建针对脾肾亏虚型轻度认知障碍患者的经络拍打方案。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、读秀学术搜索从建库至2022年12月，通过文献研究法确定脾肾亏虚型轻度认知障碍患者经络拍打方案的初稿，遴选来自陕西省、广东省、广西壮族自治区、湖北省、福建省、山东省、湖南省、四川省的21名专家进行2轮问卷函询。结果:两轮专家积极系数分别为100。0%和95。2%，权威程度分别为0。89、0。90，协调系数分别为0。407、0。349，经χ2检验，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。001)，同时运用成分分析法进行一致性检验，一致性比例均<0。1。最终形成脾肾亏虚型轻度认知障碍患者经络拍打方案，包括2个一级指标、7个二级指标、12个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的方案有一定科学性和实用性，可为脾肾亏虚型轻度认知障碍患者进行经络拍打治疗提供参考。
Construction of Meridian Flapping Plan for Mild Cognitive Impairment with Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type
Objective:To construct meridian flapping plan for patients with mild cognitive impairment due to spleen and kidney deficiency type.Methods:Retrieved the databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,and Duxiu Academic Search from the establishment of the database to December 2022 to determine the initial draft of meridian flapping plan for mild cognitive impairment patients due to spleen and kidney deficiency type through literature research.A total of 21 experts from Shaanxi Province,Guangdong Province,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Hubei Province,Fujian Province,Shandong Province,Hunan Province,and Sichuan Province were selected for two rounds of questionnaire inquiries.Results:The positivity coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 100.0%and 95.2%,respectively,with authority levels of 0.89 and 0.90,and coordination coefficients of 0.407 and 0.349.After χ2 test,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).At the same time,the consistency test was conducted using component analysis,and the consistency ratios were all less than 0.1.The final form of the meridian flapping plan for patients with mild cognitive impairment due to spleen and kidney deficiency type includes 2 primary indicators,7 secondary indicators,and 12 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The plan constructed in this study has certain scientific and practical value,and can provide reference for the treatment of meridian flapping in patients with mild cognitive impairment due to spleen and kidney deficiency type.
