Objective:To optimize the optimal extraction process for Sunshang Zhongqi oral liquid.Methods:The water addition,extraction time and extraction times were used as factors,and the content of galycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,hesperidin,neohesperidin,naringin and extract yield were used as the evaluation indexes.On the basis of single factor experiment,L9(34)orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction process of Sunshang Zhongqi oral liquid.Results:The optimum extraction process was determined to add nine times of water,extract for one hour and extract for three times.The average contents of galycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,hesperidin,neohesperidin and naringin were 36.19 μg/mL,673.91 μg/mL,825.81 μg/mL and 903.85 μg/mL,respectively.The average paste yield was 32.28％and the combined score was 99.19.Conclusion The optimized extraction process has good repeatability,stability and reLiability,which provides a basis for the efficient extraction of the preparation in mass production.
