竹节伸筋饮片质量标准研究

目的:基于2010年版《湖南省中药饮片炮制规范》优化竹节伸筋饮片质量标准。方法:以收集的样本复核原标准中性状和理化鉴别;采用电子显微镜观察横截面和粉末鉴别特征;参照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》标准测定水分、总灰分和醇溶性浸出物的含量。结果:性状鉴别和理化鉴别均沿用原标准。横截面鉴别中,未见原标准所述"外韧型维管束"。新增粉末鉴别,特征结构含针晶束、非腺毛、网纹导管等。新增水分、灰分及醇浸出物限量值,并推荐限量值分别为不得过12%、不得过7。0%及不得少于28。0%。结论:该质量标准在原标准上有较大提升,能够更为全面地控制竹节伸筋饮片的质量。
Research of Quality Standard of Zhujie Shenjin(Aspidistra Elatior Blume)Decoction Pieces
Objective:To optimize the quality standard of Zhujie Shenjin(Aspidistra Elatior Blume)decoc-tion pieces based on 2010 edition of Hunan Provincial Standards of Processing Chinese Crude Drugs.Methods:The identification of characters and physiochemical in the original standard were reviewed based on the collected samples.Microscopy was used to observe the characteristics of the powder and cross-sectional tissue.The concentra-tions of water,total ash and ethanol-soluble extractives were measured by the methods described in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results:The identification of characters and physiochemical which was described in primary standard were sequentially used.In cross-sectional identification,the collateral vascular bundle described in the original standard was not found.Powder identification with the characteristic structure of needle-crystal bundles,non-glandular hairs and reticulated ducts was added.The limited value of water,ash and alcohol extract were added.The recommended limits of water and ash were not more than 12%and 7.0%,and the recommended limits of alcohol extract was not less than 28.0%.Conclusion:This quality standard had been greatly improved compared with the original standard,which could control the quality of Zhujie Shenjin(Aspidistra Elatior Blume)decoction pieces more comprehensively.
