目的:利用文献计量学分析余甘子相关研究的研究脉络、热点和进展趋势。方法:计算机检索中国知网、Web of Science2003年1月至2022年11月收录的余甘子相关研究文献。采用CiteSpace软件绘制文献的作者合作视图和关键词的共现、聚类、突现及时间线知识图谱，Python挖掘摘要主题内容，并从活性成分、药理作用、制剂与应用等方面进行深度分析。结果:共纳入中文文献804篇，英文文献577篇。余甘子的研究整体呈现上升的趋势。高频关键词有没食子酸、藏药、数据挖掘等。关键词聚类、突现分析发现，藏药、保健功能、提取、黄酮、氧化应激等为当前余甘子相关研究领域的主要热点，多酚、生长、绿色合成、质量标准等可能成为未来的研究方向。文本挖掘出中文文献、英文文献各8个主题，重点内容聚焦在活性成分和药理作用等方面。深度分析表明，余甘子的研究多呈现活性成分多、靶点广、机制新、应用多等特点。结论:近年来国内外余甘子研究热度持续上升，余甘子研究领域不断更新，涉及范围不断扩大，尤其在分子药理、抗病毒和肿瘤等方面。
Research Progress on Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)Based on Bibliometrics and Text Mining
Objective:To analyze the research context,hotspot and development trend of the related research of Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)by using bibliometrics.Methods:The related literature of Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)collected in CNKI and Web of Science from January 2003 to November 2022 were searched by computer.Cite Space software was used to draw the author cooperation view of relevant literature and the knowledge map of co-occurrence,clustering,emergence and time line of key words.Python was used to mine the abstract topic content and conduct in-depth analysis from the active ingredients,pharmacological effects,preparations and applications.Results:A total of 804 Chinese literatures and 577 english literatures were included.The research on Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)showed an overall upward trend.High frequency keywords included gallic acid,Tibetan medicine,data mining,and etc.Keyword clustering and emergent analysis findings,Tibetan medicine,health functions,extraction,flavonoids,oxidative stress,and other words were the main hotspots in the current research field of Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus).Polyphenols,growth,green synthesis,and quality standards might become future research directions.The text mining identified 8 themes in both Chinese and english literature,with a focus on active ingredients and pharmacological effects.Deep analysis showed that the research on Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)exhibits characteristics such as multiple active ingredients,wide targets,new mechanisms,and multiple applications.Conclusion:In recent years,the research on Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)has con-tinued to rise both domestically and internationally,and the research field of Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)has been constantly updated and expanded,especially in areas such as molecular pharmacology,antiviral therapy,and oncology.
