中国古代饮酒辟疫民俗的中医学阐释

饮酒辟疫是中国古代的传统民俗现象,也是古人防治疫病的智慧结晶.酒是辟疫酒方的重要组成部分,其辛热透散之效可助行药势,通脉厚肠之功能养脾扶肝.古代辟疫酒方主要包括屠苏酒、椒柏酒、豉术酒及松毛酒.酒与诸药配伍,以顾护正气为主,未病先防;祛邪外出的同时注意调达气机,祛邪不伤正,寓治于防.屠苏酒与椒柏酒"正月正旦,东向饮"的饮用方式还与中医学春日肝主升发的理论相应,体现了顺应四时、天人相应的整体观.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Interpretation of the Folk Customs of Drinking Alcohol to Prevent Epidemic in Ancient China
Drinking alcohol to prevent epidemics is a traditional folk phenomenon in ancient Chinese history,and it is also the wisdom crystallization of ancient people to prevent epidemics.Wine is an important part of the epidemic prevention and treatment prescription.Its pungent heat and dispersing effect can help promote the circulation of medicine,promote the circulation of meridians and thicken the intestines,nourish the spleen and support the liver.The ancient prescriptions for epidemic prevention mainly included Tusu wine,Jiaobai wine,Chizhu wine,and Songmao wine.Compatibility of wine and various medicines has effects of taking care of the healthy Qi and prevent diseases.Removing the evil out as well as paying attention to adjustmenting Qi and does no harm to the right ones,and combine treatment with prevention.The drinking method of Tusu wine and Jiaobo wine,which refers to"first day of the first lunar month,face east to drink",is also corre-sponding to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that the liver rise in spring,and reflecting a holistic view that conforms to the four seasons and the correspondence between man and universe.
