Objective:Based on the Delphi method, the clinical qnestions of the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Adenomyosis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were formulated,to form a normative and practical guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:Based on the Delphi method and combined with previous literature research results,a survey questionnaire was developed using QuestionStar. Two rounds of inquiry were conducted with 34 experts from 13 provinces(cities, autonomous regions)across the country.Result:34 questionnaires were distributed in both rounds of Delphi method, with a response rate of 100%.The positive coefficients for both rounds of inquiry were 100%,and the authority coefficients were>0.70.The coefficients of variation were 0.00~0.38 and 0.13-0.37,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.229 and 0.100(P<0.05).A total of 30 clinical questions were formed, and after refinement,10 clinical questions that must be recommended or explained in the guidelines were ultimately formed. Conclusion:This study identified the clinical issues that need to be included in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Adenomyosis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine through two rounds of Delphi method investigation, laying a good foundation for the subse-quent development of the guidelines.
