Effect of Bushen Huoxue Jiedu Formula(补肾活血解毒方)combined with Probiotics on Chronic Kidney Disease with Stage Ⅲ
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Jiedu Formula(补肾活毒方,BSHXJDF)combined with probiotics on chronic kidney disease(CKD)with stage Ⅲ.Methods:From March 2022 to March 2023,a total of 80 patients with stage Ⅲ CKD admitted to Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital of Capital Medical University were included in the study,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the randomized numerical table,each with 40 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment of CKD,while the observation group was given BSHXJDF combined with probiotics on basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the TCM clinical symptom scores,renal function parameters[estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and creatinine(SCr)],renal blood flow parameters[blood flow velocity,mean perfusion strength,and resistance index(RI)],inflammatory factor levels[C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]were compared in the two groups,respectively.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results:Two cases were shed in the control group,and finally 38 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group completed this study.After treatment,the TCM clinical symptom score,BUN,SCr,RI,CRP,and IL-6 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The eGFR,blood flow velocity and mean perfusion intensity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and these differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).In addition,the total effective rate of 92.50％in the observation group was higher than that of 76.32％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total adverse reaction incidence rate of 5.00％in the observation group was lower than that of 13.16％in the control group,whlie the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:BSHXJDF combined with probiotics can enhance the clinical efficacy of stage Ⅲ CKD patients,improve renal cortical blood flow and renal function,and reduce renal inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions.
