摘要
目的:分析潘敏求治疗原发性肝癌的用药特点,为中医诊疗原发性肝癌提供参考.方法:收集潘敏求治疗原发性肝癌的中药处方,建立数据库,运用生物信息学进行分析.结果:纳入处方88份,涉及药味86味;高频药物有党参/人参、白术、茯苓、白花蛇舌草、女贞子等;药性以平、温、寒为主,药味以甘、苦、辛味为主,主归脾、肝、肺、肾经;经复杂网络分析,得到核心处方(白术、甘草、茯苓、白花蛇舌草、女贞子、灵芝、半枝莲、重楼、枸杞子),治疗原发性肝癌有效成分269个,核心基因靶点7个,重要通路9条.结论:国医大师潘敏求教授治疗肝癌以健脾益气、化瘀软坚、清热解毒为主要治法,核心方可能与抗肿瘤、调节免疫、改善内分泌等相关.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication characteristics of PAN Minqiu's treatment of primary liver cancer and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Retrospective collection of PAN Minqiu's traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of primary liver cancer.The database was established and analyzed by bioinformatics.Results:A total of 88 prescriptions were included,involving 86 medicinal flavors.High-frequency drugs included Dang shen(Codonopsis Radix)/Renshen(Ginseng Radix),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Baihuasheshecao(Oldenlandiae Diffusae Herba),and Nvzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus).The medicinal properties were mainly mild,warm,and cold,and the flavors of medicines were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent.The main meridians were spleen,liver,lung,and kidney.Through complex network analysis,the core prescription was obtained:Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix),Fuling(Poria),Baihuasheshecao(Oldenlandiae Diffusae Herba),Nvzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus),Lingzhi(Ganoderma),Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba),Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma),and Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus),with 269 effective components for treating primary liver cancer,7 core gene targets,and 9 important pathways.Conclusion:The main treatment method used by Chinese medicine master PAN Minqiu in the treatment of liver cancer were strengthening the spleen and tonifying Qi,removing blood stasis and softening hardness,clearing heat and detoxifying.The core pre-scription may be related to anti-tumor,immune regulation,and improvement of endocrine functions.
