This article analyzed the rheumatoid arthritis-interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD)based on the mechanism differentiation and treatment.It is considered that the disease belongs to the category of"Fei Bi"and can be divided into three stages.The early pathogenesis of Fei Bi was the invasion of external pathogens,the middle pathogenesis was lung Qi deficiency,unsmooth of liver Qi and phlegm and blood stasis,and the late pathogenesis was lung and kidney deficiency and toxic damage to lung collaterals.At the same time,drug toxicity pathogenesis runs through the disease.In terms of treatment,early treatment was to dispele pathogens as soon as possible,disperse lung and eliminate pathogens,and middle treatment was to replenish and restore pulmonary Qi,regulate and soothe liver Qi,resolve phlegm and remove blood stasis,and late treatment was to replenish lung and kidney,detoxify and dredge collaterals,and pharmaco toxic damage should also be controlled as much as possible.
